Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and DWJY Web Directory (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by DWJY Web Directory.
Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids.
Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies.
Submit your website to the most appropriate category.
Links to adult-related, pharmacy, gambling and/or illegal web sites are strictly forbidden.
Sites with little to no content will be rejected.
Sites created for the only purpose of displaying ads will most definately be rejected.
Capitalize the first letter of every word in the title.
Do not capitalize the first letter of every word or use ALL CAPS in descriptions.
The description should use proper sentencing and punctuation.
Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of DWJY Web Directory.

Bids are non-refundable. If your website is not accepted, you will have the chance to exchange the website to one that is accepted.
You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
